In this privacy policy, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to The Kiwi Trust (trading as Save the Kiwi). Our office is at the B:HIVE, Smales Farm, 72 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622. The word ‘you’ refers to all those that interact with The Kiwi Trust, including but not limited to subscribers to our newsletters, visitors to our website, purchasers of our products, volunteers, fundraisers and donors.

By providing personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1993) to us or by using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. Under the Privacy Act 1993, you have the rights of access to, and correction of, your personal information. If you would like to talk to us about any communications that we send to you, you can contact us at any time at or during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm excluding public holidays) on +64 (09) 307 4814.
