Maybe you’ve seen or heard a kiwi, or maybe you’ve seen their probes, feathers, or faeces. Whatever you’ve seen, we want to know about it! Every observation counts!

When sharing your data, please include:

  • Details for when, how, and how many kiwi observations you are reporting
  • A location for where the observation occurred
  • Any photos of the kiwi, habitat, or location are also useful
  • Save the Kiwi will collect your details and request your permission to share your data publicly. Your personal details will never be shared.

Once you submit your observation, Save the Kiwi will review it then upload it to the map where you’ll be able to see it too.

This form was designed for one or two observations. If you have multiple observations to report (recent or historical), please contact the Save the Kiwi team at .
